Borrowers could could you vision glasses to virtually walk through a home listed for sale at their convenience. It would not require scheduling or disturbing the agents and home sellers. Virtual open houses could screen out buyers who were just looking and not ready to buy yet.

Borrowers could have an even better experience if they could overlay virtual staging to their immersive walkthrough. They could select their style and colors and get an idea what the home would look and feel like with their design upgrades.

These virtual “open houses” could be available as a direct link from the real estate listing portals.
